Currently recruiting for a fast-growing manufacturing company based in Minneapolis who are looking for engineering professionals. Looking for candidates with a strong background in designing, building models, prototyping, and heavy on the machine engineering side.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engineering solutions to improve manufacturability, serviceability, and product performance
- Design, prototype, and validate mechanical systems, tooling, fixtures, and automation solutions
- Create software tools and digital workflows to streamline troubleshooting and technician support
- Collaborate cross-functionally on system development, testing, and commercialization activities
- Lead rapid prototyping, document design/testing results, and support advanced automation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years of engineering experience
- Proven success developing prototypes and transitioning them into production-ready solutions
- Experience with 3D CAD, rapid prototyping, lightweight mechanical design, and automation tools
- Knowledge of troubleshooting mechanical/electromechanical systems and control scripting
