We’re currently hiring for a reputable drywall contractor located south of Los Angeles. They are looking to add a Superintendent to their field team. This is a permanent position, as the contractor is seeking a long-term fit.
In this role, you will oversee multiple job sites and manage crews across Los Angeles and Orange County. You will oversee large commercial and residential projects.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably working on ground up residential and commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of local & state construction regulations as well as construction budgeting practices.
- Experience with exterior cladding systems
- Experience with GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete)
- The ability to bring foreman and crewmen with them to active projects
