Recruitment Consultant
Jeremiah joined Lumicity in January 2025, shortly after graduating with a degree in Mass Communication. He quickly established himself in the Houston Drywall Team, making a noticeable impact from the outset. With continued support from L&D, Jeremiah has grown steadily in his role, crediting them for his development as a recruiter. He loves the atmosphere and energy in the Houston office, and thrives on the challenges that come with being part of a dynamic team.
Chris Pantelli
Managing Consultant
Chris joined Lumicity’s Houston office in August 2023 and quickly established himself as a key contributor. He has progressed rapidly through multiple roles and now serves as Managing Consultant, leading the Glass and Glazing team. He thrives in Lumicity’s energetic and collaborative environment, crediting the camaraderie, pace, and ambition of the Houston office.
Jai Bristol
Senior Consultant
Jai joined Lumicity in January 2024 after completing an undergraduate degree in Business and an MBA in Cybersecurity Management. After starting in renewables, he quickly moved into the water industry, where he’s built a strong candidate and client network and progressed from Recruitment Consultant to Senior Consultant within his first year. Jais’s proudest achievements so far include earning Rookie of the Year and contributing to the growth of Lumicity’s Chicago office.
Luke Beesley
Team Leader
Luke joined Lumicity in September 2019, relocating from Manchester to Los Angeles to take on a new challenge. His journey began in Perm Engineering, where he quickly rose to Principal Consultant. In 2021, Luke spearheaded the launch of Lumicity's first Contract Division. Since then, he has consistently been a top performer, surpassing impressive milestones. This success led to his promotion to Team Leader, where he continues to grow this division.
Claire Rhine
Principal Consultant
Claire joined Lumicity LA in March 2022 after earning a BSc in Business Administration and Marketing from San Francisco State University. She helped build Lumicity’s NewSpace market from the ground up, developing a strong passion for the space industry and progressing to Principal Consultant. Claire is driven by building lasting relationships with space exploration stakeholders and candidates in a collaborative, mission-focused team.
Holly Semple
Sales Manager
Holly has been working with the G2V Group since 2015, joining shortly after graduating with a BSc (Hons) in International Management and American Business Studies. In 2017, she relocated to Los Angeles to become a founding member of Lumicity LA. She built Lumicity's Life Science team into one of the largest and most successful teams in the company. Holly loves the life-changing opportunities Lumicity has provided her, and the uncapped career potential it offers employees.
Riley Spraggs
Lead Consultant
Riley joined Lumicity in October 2023 to help grow the contract division. Starting as an individual contributor, he quickly became a trusted partner across multiple industries, delivering consistent results through strong client and candidate relationships. A Miami Top Performer and Sales Consultant of the Year, Riley also mentors Lumicity Miami’s Rookie of the Year and thrives in the business’s competitive, high-performance yet collaborative culture.
Mike Norton
Senior Sales Manager
Mike started the Miami office alongside Alfie in 2017 after 3 successful years in Vivid's Manchester office. As a non-director, he has the record amount billed within his teams since the inception of Lumicity. He has also managed 6 people who have entered the 1-Million-dollar club, proving his ability to develop elite level billers. Mike runs our clean energy team as a hands-on billing manager and is an integral part of Lumicity's leadership team.
David Isaac
Vice President
David launched his career with G2V in 2008 at the original Bristol office and, two years later, played a key role in opening the company’s first Manchester location. By 2012, after successfully building and leading a team, he was entrusted with establishing G2V’s first international office in downtown Houston, Texas. Under his leadership, the office has expanded to more than 25 staff, with David driving its sales and strategy.
Dan Gaughan
President
Dan joined G2V Group in London in 2014 after earning a degree in Business Management from the University of Essex. After building and leading a high-performing UK team, he relocated to Los Angeles to launch Lumicity’s first North American office alongside Jamie Gardiner. Now President of the West Coast, Dan oversees Lumicity’s largest profit center and is focused on developing top talent and establishing Lumicity as the go-to agency across all four verticals.

During the interview with Lumicity, I quickly realized that was the room I needed to be in. I didn’t think this type of environment existed, young professionals who exude professional acumen and have huge earning potential at such a young age. Living in the US has always been a dream of mine, which was made apparent from the very first call. After graduating, I was offered a smooth transition to a growing US office – which has propelled me into a life, both personally and professionally, that is tough to comprehend. The Team
Liam joined G2V Group in 2018 as Regional Learning & Development Manager after a successful UK recruitment career. In 2020, he moved to Lumicity as Learning & Development Manager, where he built the L&D function and launched the US induction program. Now based in Houston, Liam leads the Talent function, driving recruitment strategy and a culture of continuous learning, with a strong focus on developing people and high-performing teams.
Aidan joined Lumicity in October 2023, following his graduation from Hult Business School in London, UK, with a degree in management. He began his tenure in the Houston office on the Glass & Glazing sales team, where he developed a comprehensive understanding of the business’s operations. This experience proved instrumental in his transition to the Talent Acquisition team in April 2025. In his current role, Aidan is committed to applying his firsthand knowledge to identify and cultivate the talent essential for Lumicity’s strategic growth and long-term success.
Juliana joined Lumicity in the summer of 2025. She graduated from the University of Houston in 2023 with a degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders and is currently pursuing her MBA in Entrepreneurship at the University of St. Thomas. Since joining Lumicity, Juliana has quickly established herself by building meaningful relationships with candidates and contributing to the development of Lumicity’s U.S. offices. She values Lumicity’s culture of mentorship and opportunity, believing that with focus, resilience, and collaboration, you can accelerate both your professional and personal development.
Dylan graduated with a degree in Education before entering the world of recruitment – first staffing private educators, and then 360 recruiting for a niche vertical within Engineering. After a few years in agency recruitment, she took the leap into L&D, bridging her experience teaching, training, and coaching with her expertise in technical recruitment. She joined Lumicity in early 2025 and sits out of our LA office, but supports all 4 offices in the US, working with over 60 consultants. With Lumicity’s rapid growth, she travels to lead new starter inductions while also providing ongoing support and mentorship to junior and senior recruiters across the business.
